| Faith Skincare Signs Compact for Safe Cosmetics |

In an effort to create the highest quality and
the most natural acne management system, Faith Skincare has joined the
Environmental Working Group's Campaign for Safe Cosmetics and signed the
Compact for Safe Cosmetics. We are removing ingredients that we feel have the
potential to be carcinogenic such as Methylparaben, Propylparaben, and
Diazonidyl Urea
,which act as preservatives, and replacing them with safer
alternatives. As there have not been enough studies perfomed to substantiate
the safety of parabens and formaldehyde, we wish to leave them out until more
information can be generated. These ingredients may cause toxicity, and we do
not wish to contradict the benefits of our Purifying Tonic, a nutritional
supplement which was developed to detoxify the body. The launch of these
paraben free products is scheduled for SPRING 2007.
