It can be difficult to find things that taste great when you are trying to eat healthy and detox. Besides loving skincare, I love to cook. When I did my last detox I was starting to get bored eating the same thing every day, so I created some recipes using the detox nutrition guidlines. Each of these recipes are free from wheat, dairy, soy, peanuts, and shellfish, which are a few of the foods that cause inflammation in the body.
